Like many students, I quickly found exam prep confusing. Most resources were written for the U.S., with different terminology, tooth numbering, and guidelines than what we use in Canada. I spent countless hours sorting through the differences to make sure I was actually preparing for the Canadian NDHCE. Out of that frustration came a solution: streamlined, Canadian-specific study materials that focus only on what truly matters. They helped me and my classmates succeed, and I’ve since been encouraged to share them more widely. My goal is simple: to make studying clearer, easier, and less stressful for busy students.
