This guarantee applies to the Mastery Bundle only. If you can't score 80% on EVERYTHING, you're not ready.

Course Completion: You must complete 100% of the course content.

Completion Timeline: Course completion must occur within 90 days prior to your exam date. (Not 90 days before your exam, but WITHIN the 90 days leading up to your exam)

Practice Attempts: You must complete all quizzes and practice exams included in the course.

Test Performance: You must achieve a score of 80% or higher on all course tests across all sections. Multiple attempts are allowed; however, each test must be passed at 80% or higher before your exam date.

Exam Attempt: You must sit for the official certification exam.

Proof of Attempt: You must provide valid proof of your exam attempt upon request.

Refund Request Window: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your exam date.
