Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the guarantee, you must:

  • Complete 100% of the lessons, videos, study materials, quizzes, and practice examinations included in the NDHCE Mastery Bundle.

  • Complete the entire Mastery Bundle within the 90-day period immediately preceding your official examination date.

  • Achieve a score of at least 80% on every required course quiz and practice examination before writing the NDHCE. Multiple attempts are permitted.

  • Write the official NDHCE after completing the program requirements.

  • Provide documentation confirming your examination attempt and unsuccessful result.

  • Submit your refund request within 30 days after receiving your official examination result.

  • This guarantee applies to the Mastery Bundle only. Not just 1 class like Pharm or Oral Path. You need to complete everything before you can be confident you are ready.

  • This guarantee applies only to the complete NDHCE Mastery Bundle. Individual courses and standalone practice examinations are not eligible. No educational program can guarantee an examination result. This policy is a refund guarantee for eligible students who complete the required preparation but do not pass the NDHCE.
